Baring it all for the paparazzi wasn’t exactly what Amelia thought a baroness title came from.
When Amelia suddenly becomes a baroness, she doesn’t realize how much her life has changed until it’s too late. A compromising photo, an out of context comment, and a whole lot of vomit on a royal’s dress are just the tip of the scepter in the chaos that has Amelia wishing for an undo button.
Stephan may be one of the richest men in the world, but even he can’t protect Amelia from the outlandish articles that follows as their mobster and business lives begin to merge. Can they salvage things before their world burns or is this the end of their short and glorious run?
This is a full-length light contemporary reverse harem mafia romance.

Chapter One Look Inside
“You have three seconds to leave, or I’ll blow your head off your shoulders,” Shea threatened the man standing beside me.
I sighed and dropped my chin down. The evening had started off well. Shea had taken me on a date to a movie I’d been wanting to see, then out to dinner, and finally out for drinks.
We’d been in the bar for less than five minutes when a man walked up and started hitting on me while Shea was in the restroom.
Shea towered over the smaller man, his massive frame blocking the light behind him. It was easy to see how he got his mafia nickname, Ox.
Surprisingly, the man didn’t cower. He was average height, handsome to the point of almost beautiful, with high cheekbones and a perfectly symmetrical face. Combined with piercing green eyes and tousle-styled dirty blonde hair, he was gorgeous. “Easy, man. I didn’t know she was here with someone since she was at the bar by herself.”
He looked at me and smirked. “Seems I upset your bodyguard. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
“Have a good night,” I said with a return smile.
Shea stepped forward, bumping his shoulder against the man’s as he took the spot at my side.
Once the guy was gone, I looked up at Shea with an arched brow. “What was that about, Ox?”
He flagged down the bartender, who immediately ran over to us. “Martini, dirty,” he ordered.
“Margarita, no salt,” I added.
“Right away,” the bartender said, and got to work making the drinks.
This bar was in the Moriarty Mafia’s territory. The staff was comprised of former mafia members - those who had been injured or who no longer wanted to be part of the dangerous side of the life. It was sort of a mafia semi-retirement for those who still wanted to work. Several businesses in Stephan Moriarty’s territory provided similar opportunities. Stephan tried his hardest to take care of his people, even after they’d left. I thought it might also be to keep tabs on them and ensure they didn’t go to another mafia and give away secrets, but I never said that thought out loud.
The one great thing about visiting places like this was that they knew who Ox was and tripped over themselves to keep him happy.
They were starting to learn who I was, and I didn’t really like how they treated me. It was nice to get my drinks quickly, but it felt weird to be feared. I wasn’t opposed to having certain people afraid of me, but not random people who would have been nice to me even if I wasn’t part of the mafia.
“Seeing another man near you sets off my protectiveness,” Shea answered finally. “I’m always terrified that you’ll get kidnapped or hurt.”
“I’m carrying,” I reminded him. Even when I went out with them, they made me wear my knives and a gun. It was a tiny thing that I kept on my ankle, but it made them feel better. And while I would never admit it to them, it made me feel better, too. I was not going to get kidnapped ever again.
